Your Voice, Your Choice T3W9

This week we have been learning about the elections and we were reading about what they think will be different in our world. I choose the Maori party because they have really specific reasons why they should win. One thing that I liked about this task was choosing who I liked because then I get to explain why and share it.

Whakatauki o te wiki T3W9

Today we did our whakatauki o te wiki presentation and the whakatauki was:

"Ehara taku toa i te toa takitahi, engari he toa takitini" which means "My strength is not that of a single warrior but that of many". 

This means that if you work by yourself, then it wont be done fast, but if you work with someone or some people, then it will be easier to finish!

The main thing about this is that if you work without no one helping you, you will not have the strength, but with by eachothers sides, you will become one and have more strength.

Tongan Language week - Turtle art

This week its is Tongan Language week and we are going the present to our students what we have been learning about! Today we made Turtle art and we used white paint too. Miss Kyla gave us some ideas for our patterns but some people just made there own by either searching or just making them up. Something that I liked about this was making it realistic but the hard thing was that it was a bit hard to paint the little patterns but I got there. 

This is my final masterpiece!
